In 2026, we proudly continue to uphold the spirit of the “Great Gathering” that defines our field and unites us as a community.

Held every two years, our National Congress has become far more than a scientific meeting, it is a cornerstone for the exchange of knowledge and experience, a platform that keeps pace with evolving technologies, and a symbol of our enduring professional solidarity.

Cardiovascular surgery is a discipline that demands not only expertise, but also extraordinary dedication and resilience. The weight of this responsibility can only be carried together, shoulder to shoulder by cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, nurses, and our industry partners, united as one true family.

As the cardiovascular surgery community, we work with unwavering commitment, day and night, with precision and purpose. Inspired by this collective spirit, we have chosen “Follow the Bee” as the guiding motto for the 2025–2027 term.

In 2026, we will once again celebrate this dedication and unity at our major congress.

We are already working with great enthusiasm to design a congress that ensures the highest level of engagement and participation from our members.

The meaningful international collaborations we have cultivated across global platforms will grow even stronger. With the integration of the Mediterranean Cardiovascular Conference, our 19th National Congress will further enhance its international identity and global reach.

This distinguished gathering will highlight the holistic nature of our profession, bringing together cardiovascular surgery and interventional approaches within a comprehensive and forward-looking scientific program.

Through cutting-edge knowledge, shared experience, and technological innovation, our congress will offer every participant a valuable opportunity for professional renewal and inspiration.

Together with our perfusionist colleagues, nursing teams, and industry partners, we will once again demonstrate that we are a dynamic, collaborative, and ever-evolving family—growing stronger together.

Our congress, to be held on 26–29 November 2026, will illuminate our future while drawing strength from the long-standing traditions of the TSCVS National Congresses.
